Frequently Asked Questions
If you have more questions as you move through the process, we're here to help! Feel free to text/call 731-410-7044.
1
When do we get more pictures?
We know that pictures of the puppies are a highlight for all of our families. This is the reason that we make sure to provide regular photo updates. We do not have a scheduled day every week that we take pictures, but we will get them done! As the puppies get older, we are spending more time on their potty training, vet appointments, etc., so we work pictures in around those things. Please don't hesitate to ask, and we will send them as soon as we are able.
2
How can we view pictures?
Many times we post pictures on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram), and give little updates on how the babies are doing. If we do not add new pictures to Facebook, then we will send updated pictures to you personally when they are available.
3
Can I visit my puppy before pick--up day?
We are very careful to protect our babies until they are vaccinated. All of our puppies have families, and we feel it’s our responsibility to protect each of these little Doodlebugs. We do not allow outside visitors until they are ready to go home. If we expose one puppy to something, we expose them all, so we have made the decision to limit their outside contact.
4
When is my puppy due for their next round of shots?
Our puppies receive their first round of shots at 6 weeks old, and are microchipped at the same time. They are due to go to your vet for their next set of shots at 10 weeks old (4 weeks after their first set). Their vaccination record is included in their puppy pack.

When is my balance due and how do I pay?
If you are picking up in person, you are welcome to pay at pickup. We accept Venmo, credit/debit card, and cash. Many of our families choose to pay a week to several days in advance to avoid a limit that Venmo or cards sometimes impose on their accounts. We also are happy to accept checks, but they must be received in time for them to clear.
If you are having a puppy transported to you, the balance is due a week before pickup.
