PROVISION Dog Food
Your puppy will come home eating PROVISION Dog food, a dry kibble. We have searched for a long time to find the right formula for our babies, and we are proud to offer our own brand of food. We stand behind this nutritious blend of organic food, and are excited to be able to offer this as an ongoing option for our families and their puppies. We provide a small amount of food to get them started, and will have bags of food available at pickup if you would like to purchase more to take home with you. You can visit the website for PROVISION here, and there are options to set up automatic shipments for your new baby. A 4 pound bag of food is typically a month's supply for an adult petite or mini dog.
Grooming Tools
Matting Tool
Doodles are prone to matting, and this little tool has saved many coats for us! Once a mat gets started, it is important to catch it early, or it can really grow quickly. This tool helps to snip out mats, and is great to keep in close reach. Be careful – it does have a blade on it!
Crate/Safety
Crate
If you are planning to crate train, we like the wire crates with a divider that allows for growth. While the puppy is small, we use the divider in order to have enough space for the puppy to comfortably turn around, lay down, etc., but not so large that they can make a “bathroom area” in one corner.
Crate Sizes:
Petites = 24"
Minis = 30" or 36"
Mediums = 36" or 42"

Collars
There are many great options for collars to choose from! What size? If you are getting a mini, your baby will likely need an extra small when they come home. If you are getting a medium/small standard, it depends on the puppy. Some will need the extra small, while others will be in a small.
